The first three floors of the building are dedicated to a shopping complex, including a community center, restaurants, and a gymnasium. The community center provides a gathering space for residents and the surrounding community, fostering a sense of togetherness and inclusivity. The design features two towers connected by a three-story podium that contains additional shops, further enhancing the commercial offerings and providing convenience to the residents and visitors. The joint floors between the podium and towers house common facilities, such as green spaces, relaxation areas, and interactive zones. The Building 71.8 meter high towers that house the offices and state-of-the-art modern equipment are grounded by a five-story atrium and bridge. In the pordium level by a giant satellite/antenna platform and an observation deck. The first four floors of the building and the connecting atrium—that features a slanted circular glass roof—embody the public areas which include exhibit spaces, public ceneplex and museum facilities.
